This is one of those super easy, set it and forget it meals where you throw the ingredients in the crock pot and just wait for it to cook. I really love these kind of recipes as I’m sure most of us do. It’s comforting and requires zero brain cells for me to make which is perfect when I’m having a busy a week.
It’s also a great meal for company and since it’s so easy, it allows me to focus on other things like cleaning the house!
The gravy is made right in the crock pot and if you want a smoother texture, which I like, then pour it through a mesh strainer.
